Esc while searching for text in page takes Chrome out of Mac OS fullscreen instead of closing the search box.

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2840.98
OS Version: OS X 10.12.1
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5: OK (Tested on Safari 10; 5 seems a bit old, no?)
  Firefox 4.x: Not tested
     IE 7/8/9: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any page.
2. Go into OS X fullscreen mode using the green maximize button.
3. Press CMD + F to search for text in page.
4. Press Esc.

What is the expected result?
The search text box is closed.

What happens instead of that?
Chrome exits fullscreen.

I think this must be fixed in Chrome 55. Can you try with latest Chrome Stable 55?
