Regression: [MD Settings] Hindi name of "RELAUNCH" button is misaligned under 'Privacy' section.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2944.0 (Official Build) bb1ac197d94d071514695c0f23854881db26f012-refs/heads/master@{#436816} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and change browser language to 'Hindi' from chrome://md-settings/languages 2. Navigate to chrome://md-settings/privacy page. 3. Check/uncheck the Hindi name of "Automatically send usage statistics and crash reports to Google" checkbox. 4. Now, observe the "पुनः लॅान्च करें" button. "पुनः लॅान्च करें" button is misaligned and looks weird. "पुनः लॅान्च करें" button should aligned properly. This is a regression issue, broken in M-57 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 57.0.2928.0 Bad build: 57.0.2929.0 Note: This issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS. Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

Unable to provide narrow bisect as ' Automatically send usage statistics and crash reports to Google' option is not their in chromium builds. Hence providing the Change Log URL. Change Log URL: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/57.0.2928.0..57.0.2929.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting: r433931 @dbeam: Kindly help to re-assign, if your changes are not cause for this issue.
