Regression: Arrow icon is missing for the blocked link chrome://md-settings/content/notifications.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2944.0 bb1ac197d94d071514695c0f23854881db26f012-refs/heads/master@{#436816} 32/64 Bit.
OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Steps: 
1. Launch chrome and navigate to maps.google.co.in
2. Click Lock icon >> Notifications >> 'Always Block on this site'
3. Navigate to chrome://md-settings/content/notifications and observe the space beside the iron icon of the blocked site.

Actual: Arrow icon is missing for the blocked link.
 
Expected: Arrow icon should be present.

This is a regression issue broken in M-55, will soon update the other info.

Manual Regression Range:
Good build: 55.0.2881.0
Bad Build: 55.0.2882.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2881.0 (Revision :423030)
Bad Build: 55.0.2882.0 (Revision :423378)
You are probably looking for a change made after 423227 (known good), but no later than 423228 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

We are not showing a site-specific settings page for launch. It is now hidden behind a flag: chrome://flags#enable-site-settings
