Download overlay overlaps with omnibox.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to above url and click on download button and observe download overlay

Actual: Download overlay overlaps with omnibox.
Expected: Download overlay should be seen properly

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 57’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:57.0.2943.0
Bad build: 57.0.2944.0

Note : Issue is not seen on Linux,Windows and Mac OS X(10.12.1,10.12),

Correction :

This is a non-regression issue seen from 'M-41' series #build : 41.0.2235.0.
