What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, navigate to above url and click on 'ADD TO CHROME' button.
(2)Click on extension icon near omnibox surface area.
(3)Click on the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED)drop down list and observe.(Kindly refer the video)

Actual:Vertical scroll bar for the drop down options appears chopped.

Expected:Vertical scroll bar for the drop down options should appear proper.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-53,below is the Narrow bisect info.
