Animation of properties that affect other properties (e.g., font-size) doesn't work correctly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load http://codepen.io/anon/pen/JbvJdm

What is the expected result?

The element width is animated.

What happens instead?

The element width doesn't animate.

Works fine on Gecko.

Feel free to mark as duplicate as appropriate.
