<webview>: Cannot load new content in crashed webview.

This seems to be a problem in both oopif and non-oopif webviews.


Load up Browser Sample and click the kill button. App shows its own ui. Clicking reload tried to load the url and hides the app ui. The webview displays a sad tab icon.
