Chrome freezes when try to change the extension settings if the hardware acceleration is enabled

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start the browser
2. Make sure the "Use hardware acceleration when available" is enabled
3. Go to Settings -> Extensions and try to remove the extension

What is the expected behavior?
Extension is successfully removed

What went wrong?
The Chrome browser is freezed

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #55.0.2883.75 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed no issues in removing the extensions from chrome.

oleksandr.syrotin@ Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently? Could you please confirm is the browser getting crashed while removing extensions or it just goes unresponsive? If crash is observed could you please provide sample crash ID's from chrome://crashes for further investigation.

Hello Brajkumar, browser goes unresponsive, not crashed.
This might be some driver or hardware depended issue. If so, what I need to attach or add some additional info?

Could you attach a cellphone video of this happening?

That way we can see exactly the sequence of steps that we need to reproduce this.
