Other ctrl shortcuts work, like ctrl+t to open a new tab. Cut works via keyboard shortcut. Copy and paste still work by right-clicking.

Oddly enough these keyboard shortcuts still work on my hangouts extension, but not in the browser URL bar or in the content window.

Attempted a restart but it did not fix it. I also submitted feedback, search for feedback that includes the word tbuckley :)

Also, don't know if it matters, but I have my ctrl and alt keys switched. Neither ctrl or alt do the relevant shortcuts though.
