Remove easyUnlock/proximity_auth code from non Chrome OS platforms. |

Issue descriptionCurrently easyUnlock and proximity auth code is compiled desktop Chrome along with Chrome OS. Since there is no plan of using this code on other platforms, we should not compile it into Chrome for other platforms.
