Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to https://api.jquery.com/mouseenter/ 2. Reveal event handlers on bottom example 3. See changed handlers What is the expected behavior? Mouseenter or mouseleave method What went wrong? In the JQuery library, Lines 5526 to 5560 detail a change to mouseenter and mouseleave to fix event delegation, but it says it only applies to Safari 7. It's being used in Chrome! Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Turns out this is expected behavior in JQuery. Sorry for the alarm. Cf. https://github.com/jquery/jquery/issues/3433
