Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. All printers were printing yesterday, but as of this morning, none are printing. 2. All printers have been restarted. 3. We have logged out of the google administrative account and back in to see if that may help but none of these actions has caused a print as of yet. All jobs remain in GCP showing as Queued in the print queue dashboard. What is the expected behavior? Google Cloud print jobs should complete to specific GCP printer. What went wrong? Jobs remain in queue and do not print to the specific printers. Did this work before? Yes N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 In further troubleshooting, we have removed the printer registration for a Dell C3760dn onsite and registered it under a different account (to see if it was account related) and it registered but will not print through Google Cloud. It will however, print locally. We have since unregistered this printer from the test account, returned to the original account and registered it again. Still the same issue. Will not print. Job just sits in queue. We have further updated the Dell C3760dn to the latest firmware version as shown on the Dell support site. This broke the GCP registration and we re-registered and still the same issue. Job will queue up but will not print to a Dell C3760dn. In the Google Chrome Help Forum, the following was posted: Printer Manager said: Same problem with Dell S2815dn. Worked yesterday, but all 4 have been getting "queued" today. We have some Samsung M2020w's that are working fine though. I just updated the Dell's firmware to see if it would fix it, but no luck here either. I started a chat with Google Support, but the guy just elevated it immediately. It says I should be contacted within 24 hours.

We reached out to Dell to see if there were any reported issues and they stated they had nothing reported at the time. We have since opened a case to have Dell Support attempt to duplicate the issue on their networks with the same type of printer. Awaiting Update.

URGENT - PTAL ASAP. This issue is marked as a stable release blocker for this week M55 Stable release cut, pls make sure to land the fix and get it merged to release branch ASAP. Know that this issue shouldn't block the release? Remove the ReleaseBlock-Stable label. Thanks!

Thank you - We have confirmed that as of about 12:30 PM CST that all our Dells began printing the jobs in queue. All appear to be printing again.
