Issue descriptionChrome Version : Version 55.0.2883.75 (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : https://music.amazon.com/albums/B0013D6LEM/B0013DDLPY/CATALOG Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 10: OK Firefox 45 est: OK IE: What steps will reproduce the problem? When playing a segmented audio file using the Media Source Extension sometimes the ended event is never triggered by the audio element. One example we have is a track duration of 258.4 seconds where the last timeupdate event is reporting the current time to 258.399999 and the end buffer range is also 258.399999. What is the expected result? The expected result is for the audio element to trigger an ended event. What happens instead? The music stops by the ended event is never triggered.

The title should be "ended event is NOT triggered using MSE (even when calling endOfStream)"

Adding Blink>Media>Audio to help with triage. I don't think this is a WebAudio problem, but I can't tell from the test case because I'm not signed up for Amazon Music.
