Web view dont active in my fone

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Ao acessar a página de contas do Google o app web view não pode ser ativado, já atualizou duas vezes em meu aparelho porém não ativa, clica-se no bolão ativar mas não ativa.
