UI slow if many resources are located in the same folder |

Issue descriptionBefore landing http://crrev.com/2555433002, the frontend would hang for more than two minutes when expanding the folder in the sources view containing >31000 entries. Also after expanding, the whole UI was very slow (scrolling, clicking). We should add some "automatic grouping" to the frontend, if there are too many entries in one folder. This also improves UI.

To reproduce: 1) revert http://crrev.com/2555433002 locally (or comment out the respective lines) 2) compile 3) start chrome 4) open DevTools 5) open "Sources" view 6) navigate to http://webassembly.org/demo/AngryBots/ 7) (try to) expand wasm entries in Sources view
