Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable M55-55.0.2883.75 by following steps mentioned below. 1. Added few sample extensions in chrome tool bar 2. Closed chrome completely 3. Opened chrome and observed all the extensions are available in the tool bar with out any changes. anestling@ - As per comment #1 suspecting that this issue is specific to Linux Cent OS flavor, since it's not able to reproduce on Ubuntu and fedora. Requesting saomeone from MTV team to look in to it. Thanks!
