Regression: [MD Settings] Unable to add multiple URLs simultaneously from 'Add a new page' overlay under 'On startup' section.

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.18 (Official Build)84691185ffd0ef69acbe7545df57d1e9c0aec5db-refs/branch-heads/2924@{#351} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings page.
2. Select 'Open a specific page or set of pages' radio button under 'On startup' section.
3. Click on 'Add a new page' link  to open 'Add a new page' overlay.
4. Enter any URL(For Ex: www.google.com) in 'Site URL' textbox, click on 'Add' button and observe. 

New 'Site URL' textbox doesn't appear after clicking on 'Add' button and unable to add multiple URLs simultaneously.
New 'Site URL' textbox should appear after clicking on 'Add' button so that we can add multiple URLs simultaneously.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-49 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 49.0.2582.0 
Bad build: 49.0.2585.0

Alan, is this working as intended (see video)?

- We could consider moving the on startup list to a subpage; or

- we could bring up the Add dialog again as soon as the Add button is clicked (though that may cause a new un-expected behavior bug - i.e. the user clicks the "do it" button and not much noticeable would happen; they would see the same dialog with the text entry cleared; so this may be considered a bug by someone either way).

Seeing this issue on windows 7 using chrome latest canary 57.0.2952.0.

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.12.2 chrome version 57.0.2956.0

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
We are no longer supporting the addition of multiple URLs in a single dialog. Users who want to add multiple URLs can click the "Add a new page" button multiple times, or use the "Use current pages" option.
