CrSettingsMainPageTest.All failing on Mac10.9 Tests (dbg)

This test has been flaking on various platforms, being disabled on platforms one by one.

Now on Mac10.9 Tests (dbg):

I tried to disable this test by unconditionally renaming it to DISABLED_All but it seemed to run anyway? Not sure what's going on there, but the test is still running. Sheriff-o-Matic stopped complaining because it went green again though.
