Regression: Broken boarder line is seen on Google Chrome OS terms window in EULA screen

Chrome Version: 57.0.2941.0/9052.0.0 dev-channel Paine, Falco
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Recover OS via USB>> in EULA screen observe Google Chrome OS terms window

Expected: Broken boarder line should not be seen
Actual: Instead broken boarder line is seen (Refer screenshot)

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen latest M55: 55.0.2883.62/8872.67.0 Stable channel Paine

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Could you clarify what exactly is broken in the Settings window and provide a screenshot? It is not clear what the problem is in that screenshot, and it may not be the same root cause.
