Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/609aek3z/1/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open https://jsfiddle.net/609aek3z/ 2. Adjust the divider or window size. 3. Red boxes visualize columns. What is the expected behavior? Column widths should stay as specified in CSS and not fluctuate or snap based on window/frame size. The page already causes a horizontal scrollbar to appear, so it should not have to adjust widths to fit the screen. What went wrong? The widths of the columns fluctuate and snap based on window/frame size. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? No Edge 38.14393.0.0 Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
