Very similar to the crbug.com/671473 (link to overview), we'd like to have an link to the current group build run.

For example, when a CQ builder runs, we'd like to be able to link to a view that includes all of the builds in that that individual CQ run.

No such view exists in the ChromeOS CQ today, though I'm hoping to have something similar to this:

Obviously, we'd need to populate $LATEST_PALADIN_BUILD with the ID specific to a given CQ run.
