Currently we are getting reports for 64-bit Chrome and 32-bit Chrome in traces. This is because we run the 64-bit binary on 64-bit devices on Chrome Dev/Canary/Beta. 

We need to separate out the numbers for 64-bit and 32-bit on slow reports dashboard as it doesn't make sense to average them out.
