Issue description
Chrome Version : 51.0.2704.106 (Official Build) (32-bit)

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Log in with user account
(2) Browse for ten minutes
(3) User is not listed on Admin Console under Device Management > Chrome Device > (Serial Number)
What is the expected result?
This user account should be listed as most recent user
What happens instead?
This user account is not listed at all.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Interestingly, the device seems to believe it is running out of disk space.
