Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. google-chrome --proxy-server=ip_your_proxy:port 2. go to 2ip.ru and look your ip What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? options --proxy-server don not works Did this work before? Yes 54 Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

@ tvword: Request you to please help us with what is the expected behavior. We have launched chrome version 55.0.2883.75 with flag appended "--proxy-server=ip_your_proxy:port". Navigated to "2ip.ru" and on page load we are seeing the IP address. For security reasons cannot attach the screen shot. Please provide the details as requested. Thanks.!
