Flash Player stopped working just from several days ago

Reported by gju...@gmail.com, Dec 5 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URL: http://www.freeintertv.com/view/id-200/USA-News-0-1
Other browsers tested:
         IE: Flash Player works normally

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Flash Player doesn't work (shows the visual as you can see in screenshot enclosed)
(2) under chrome://plugins it's enabled, under components the list just shows that there is no update available.
(3) under Setting, disabling javascript (in order to add a flash player plugin), the same does not show anything except for an error message of an inaccessible website.
