Need ui::TextInputClient for mus-in-renderer

RenderWidgetHostViewEventHandler expects that host views provide an ui::TextInputClient for event processing.

RenderWidgetHostViewMus has no such client.

We should look at refactoring the one from RenderWidgetHostViewAura, or create an appropriate one for mus

Switching to aura may change how this is done.

Now that RenderWidgetHostViewMus has been nuked and --use-mus-in-renderer uses aura-mus is this relevant?
