ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED after surfing for a while

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Google Chrome
2.Load a Youtube video
3.Switch to new tab and browse the web until it happens

What is the expected result?
Pages should load normaly

What happens instead of that?
ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Thanks for providing feedback to us.

Unfortunately, I couldn't repro the issue on my machine. Are you able to repro this issue? Is that only for Youtube?

To help us continue investigation, you might also want to provide with net-internals logging per https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details to help us investigate the issue.
