[css-grid][css-flexbox] Synthesizing a baseline in an inline-level context should use the margin-box

Project Member Reported by mpalmg...@mozilla.com, Dec 5 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.10 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)load the attached testcase
(2)
(3)

What is the expected result?
See screenshot.

Relevant spec:

https://drafts.csswg.org/css-align-3/#baseline-export
"
Note: The edges used to synthesize baselines from a box depend on their formatting context: inline-level boxes synthesize from their margin edges [CSS-INLINE-3], table cells synthesize from their content edges [CSS2], and grid and flex items synthesize from their border edges [CSS-GRID-1] [CSS-FLEXBOX-1].
"

(I intend to implement what the spec says for both Grid and Flexbox
in Gecko, fwiw. The screenshot is from my local build, not landed yet.)

I had already filed bug #659610, trying to gather more feedback and clarify whether it was an actual bug or not. I wasn't sure why Flexbox implemented it using content-box.

Since I followed the same approach for grid, this bug isn't fully duplicated, but I'll mark it as blocked by #659610 until I get confirmation from @cbiesinger.

I've been trying to fix this one and issue #659610,
however I have a doubt about the expected behavior in one of the cases:
https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/3416

If someone wants to take a look and provide some feedback, that would be amazing.
