Download file wrong when chrome download notification show CANCEL&PAUSE button

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1.phone factory reset 2.open chrome then link to baidu website to download apk What is the expected behavior? 1.can download apk file normally. 2.when file downloading,should see download file name & percent in Download UI. 3.click download complete notification,should go to install apk. What went wrong? Hi,some download questions in our devices with chrome. we find 3 bugs when chrome download notifications show CANCEL&PAUSE button.as below: 1.notification show complete,but open Download UI can't see download file. 2.when file downloading,open Download UI can't see Dwonloading file informations. 3.click complete notification,go to Download UI. we try reset our devices many times,it's not 100% reproduce. if chrome download notifications have not show CANCEL&PAUSE button,not happen this 3 bugs,and we find LG Nexus 5X have same problems,please help to check,thanks.
