Chromium whitescreen when Moving DOM elements in Dev Tools

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/52.0.2743.116 Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer Tools
2. Move to Tab 'Elements'
3. Move a DOM element per drag 'n' drop

What is the expected behavior?
1. All Chromium Tabs become white screen

What went wrong?
1. All Chromium Tabs become white screen

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04

Chromium related.

Tagging with the latest ToT milestone for further triaging.
We can't reproduce this on an Ubuntu workstation. Chromium 52 is a little old. Stable is now 55.
Can you try updating?
