Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9048.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2940.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9048.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel edgar Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome://plugins/ 2. Observe that disable/enable is missing What is the expected behavior? Ability to disable individual plugins is available What went wrong? You can't interact at all with the page. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2940.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 9048.0.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 Was looking to disable Native Client to workaround crbug.com/616636 and no joy.
