Chromium doesn't keep the session on websites

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/53.0.2785.143 Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log in in any website or Google
2. Restart your computer
3. Start Chromiuum again

What is the expected behavior?
The expected behavior of Chromium is to keep the session on the websites as well as in Google.

What went wrong?
Everytime I shut down or restart my computer, I got this error from Chromium: "Se ha producido un cambio en tu cuenta que requiere que inicies sesión de nuevo." in English; "There was a change in your account that requires you to sign in again." and I have to log in again in Google and in all my websites.

Did this work before? Yes -

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.10

Tested on ubuntu 14.04 using chromium #53.0.2785.143 and issue is not reproduced.

@MTV Team -- Requesting MTV team to look into this , as inhouse team doesn't have the Ubuntu 16.10 .

Assigning to profiles as it's not session restore that asks for a login.

It's unclear from the original report what exactly is happening. That error message sounds like an auth error for sync. Screenshots of chrome://signin-internals and chrome://sync-internals, as well as a screenshot of the error, would be useful for debugging.
