What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open url
(2) wait to load
(3) play video

What is the expected result?
That the yellow box should be on top of the video. When playing the video at full screen, only the video should be visible.

What happens instead?
The yellow box is covered by the video. The video always at the top of everything. The svg is not respecting the draw order. Also, when trying to play the video full screen, it shows part of the container and not just the video.
