"Hidden" Security indicator divider is visible on hover

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit http.badssl.com
(2) Hover over the info icon.

What is the expected result?
The hover effect is a perfect rounded rect.

What happens instead?
The right side shows a vertical white divot, presumably the dividing line for a verbose state (and meant to be hidden).
