Developer tools websocket frames inspection pane hangs when loading large frame

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2840.71 64x

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open devtools and a websocket connection
(2) receive/send large frame (I have 56 Mb JSON)
(3) in network > select websocket element > Frames => can't load
