ASSERTION fails in LayoutGeometryMap::mapToAncestor

Issue description

Pretty much on any page I load on Nexus 6 with N as soon as I start to scroll.

ASSERTION FAILED: enclosingIntRect(layoutObjectMappedResult) == enclosingIntRect(result.boundingBox()) || layoutObjectMappedResult.mayNotHaveExactIntRectRepresentation() || result.boundingBox().mayNotHaveExactIntRectRepresentation()

Issue 681162 has been merged into this issue.

This severely impairs dcheck enabled builds without manually disabling this block of code. This is P2 at least, possibly higher if this failure is a prelude to something worse.
