PolyGerrit plugin tries (and fails) to render admin displays.

Project Member Reported by d...@chromium.org, Dec 2 2016

Issue description

Heya. I'm a Git admin, and I also love PolyGerrit. Unfortunately, though, when I have PolyGerrit enabled (via addon) and I visit an admin page (e.g., https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/#/admin/projects/chromium/src), the page fails to render.

I suppose that the PolyGerrit team is prioritizing pages by user base, and that's fine. What I'd like, however, is for the PolyGerrit add-on to *stay on* and just fall back to Gerrit requests for pages that don't have PolyGerrit support yet. That'd save me a fair bit of time toggling the add-on on and off based on what I'm trying to accomplish.

WDYT?

I think this is reasonable. You’re not the first to request it. Let me play around with the extension and see what I can do.
