This doesn't seem to be true. It reconfigures (fetches the builds) and reloads the element during the on(showchange) event, which happens every time you select a new patchset.

I can't reproduce this bug. Testing on https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/416249 shows that the results update immediately every time I use the patchset selection dropdown.

Can you provide more details for when/how this might be happening for you?

I can't repro either any more. But I am certain that was the case on machenbach@ workstation. Also, i've noticed that when I browse the chain of topic/dependent CLs the messages of the wrong issue are sometimes displayed. It seems that there is some state somewhere in PG that gets corrupted. I'll keep an eye on this and if I see it happening, i'll try to dump the state.

I'm going to close this to make sure we're burning down real problems, since we can't reproduce it, but definitely re-open the second you have a reproduction case.
