Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome 2. Vomit out of the disgust that is material design 3. What is the expected behavior? Chrome would use the old UI like i had set it to and not change/update by itself What went wrong? Auto changed to the disgusting material design and gives no way of changing back, Did this work before? Yes LAST VERSION Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 What the fuck man? Material design look total shit. Let us change back to the old layout like we could before you wankers.

Despite the highly inflammatory wording of the report, I concur with the reporter. The fact that the behaviour of chrome://flags/#top-chrome-md in 55.0.2883.75 changed (i.e. removed the ability to pick "Non-Material") is extremely rude. This is the same type of decision that Mozilla made with Firefox with the introduction of the horrendous Australis UI (which is why I switched to Pale Moon, then when that began misbehaving/failing on most websites, I switched to Chrome). Bare minimum, I would love to know what commits changed this behaviour so I can git blame to try and and find referencing Chromium bugs/discussions about it.
