Issue descriptionChrome Version:56.0.2924.12 (Build official) 94058eb969442704766fca8df13bbbe69831057f-refs/branch-heads/2924@{#230} OS: Windows (7,8,10) Pre-condition: Change the browser language to 'French'. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/privacy and check/uncheck 'Automatically send usage statistics and crash reports option' 2. Observe 'Relaunch' button. Actual: Unnecessary overlapping of text and button is seen. Expected: Overlapping should not be seen. This is regression issue, broken in 'M 56' and below is manual bisect info. Good build:56.0.2908.0 Bad build:56.0.2909.0 Providing changelog as 'Automatically send usage statistics and crash reports option' is not there in chromium builds https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/56.0.2908.0..56.0.2909.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting: r429527 ? Kindly help to re-assign, if your changes are not cause for this issue. Note: Issue is reproducible on Mac and Linux OS.
