Chrome flickers and crashes when scrolling

OS: (Android 6.0, Android 5.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Users report in Play store review that Chrome flickers and sometimes crashes when scrolling through web pages.


What is the expected result?

What happens instead?

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Devices users are reporting from:
Moto G (1st Gen) + Android 5.1
vivo Y51A (PD1510) + Android 5.1
Le 2 (le_s2_ww) + Android 6.0
Galaxy Grand-Max (grandmaxltekx) + Android 4.4

There is nothing actionable for us in this report to act upon. Are you able to try on that various hardware (we don't have those devices)?

Once we have the crash reports then we can certainly look at issues.

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
I'm fairly certain we've fixed this, as I used to be able to repro something similar and no longer see it.  I'll WontFix it, but hongchichang@, please let me know if you still see more reports.
