Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2924.10 and TOT (Linux), 56.0.2924.9 (CrOS) Not reproducible on Windows Canary/macOS Canary. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open a dialog and choose "Cast desktop" (2) Choose a sink to cast to (3) Click cancel on the popup asking you to choose a screen What is the expected result? Cast session doesn't start What happens instead? Cast session starts

This was a component extension side bug and there already was a fix committed: cr/139861203. It was reproing for me because I wasn't using the latest component extension. Closing.
