Megan - are you aware of the changes of this feature and the roll-out plan?

The string of the setting "Automatically report details of possible security incidents to Google" will be changed, but not all users will get the same string. So I think we need to update the text as well.

And as for where to embed the link to the Whitepaper, I am thinking we can use the last sentence.
