Issue descriptionFor Desktop, we can modify the HC article of the privacy section of chrome://settings (maybe even for M56) to link to the whitepaper.

Megan - are you aware of the changes of this feature and the roll-out plan? The string of the setting "Automatically report details of possible security incidents to Google" will be changed, but not all users will get the same string. So I think we need to update the text as well. And as for where to embed the link to the Whitepaper, I am thinking we can use the last sentence. "Learn more about malware and uncommon download warnings." --> "Learn more about [what the warnings](link-to-HC-2898334) mean and [what information is sent to Google](link-to-whitepaper-malware-section)."

I wasn't aware! Thanks for letting me know. I can definitely update the article as needed for M56/M57's stable launch. When you've confirmed what edits you'd like to request, please file a bug at go/gconhc.
