Yeah I can take it. +Kay for some clarification. The proposal is to add a "Learn more" link next to the "Automatically report details of possible security incidents to Google" text that goes to the whitepaper (as in the attached screenshot)? Note that there is already a Learn More link at the top which links to https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/114836?visit_id=1-636163014176188140-2198992102&p=settings_privacy&rd=1, which then links to the Whitepaper (https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/privacy/whitepaper.html#malware) via the "Safe Browsing protection" link. So to clarify - the intent here is to make the whitepaper link more obvious by attached it directly to the checkbox? Thanks
