Keep getting ERROR something went wrong Try again later???

Issue description

  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)trying to email with Comcast 
(2)
(3)

What is the expected result?


What happens instead?


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

 
always use Google Chrome - when I tried to use it through Explorer it says I need to update my Chrome BUT I have the latest version 40.99.  Help

Can you please provide additional details:
* What operating system are you using (like Windows 9, or Mac OS 10.10)?
* What Chrome version are you using (four numbers, like 64.0.1111.3)?
* What URL (website) are you trying to open?
* Exactly what do you see, what error message do you get?
