User menu dropdown appearing on the wrong side of the chip

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click the user menu
(2) Observe

What is the expected result?
The user menu should appear on the left-hand-side of the chip

What happens instead?
The user menu appears on the right-hand-side of the chip
