DevRel-SAP:Closing bracket is not placed at the end of the text in Input field and in Label

Reported by orit.ha...@sap.com, Dec 1 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open http://jsbin.com/xelabahawi/1/edit?html,output
2. Open http://jsbin.com/qivuqekiye/1/edit?html,output

What is the expected behavior?
The closing bracket is placed at the end of the text in both examples (in the input field and the label).
It should work the same also when typing manually.

What went wrong?
The closing bracket is not placed at the end of the text in both examples (in the input field and the label). It is placed at the beginning with a opposite direction of bracket.
Same problem occurs also if the text is typed manually in the input field.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Works fine in IE11 and Firefox.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on MAC 10.12.1, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #54.0.2840.99 and latest canary #57.0.2938.0.

This is a non regression issue as it is observed from M30 old builds.

Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.

Thanks...!!

Wow, that is a surprising behavior (I mean, the behavior of other browsers)!
I am a Hebrew speaker and I was used to seeing the Chrome behavior all of the time (perhaps because I never used Firefox and stopped using Internet Explorer since a bit before Internet Explorer 8, since Chrome came out).

I wonder whether this breaks website that are coded to work around this (annoying, but very much expected, to me) behavior.
