Broken Help Center article link for crashed WebGL

If WebGL crashes (happens quite frequently on Clank Dev channel on spiegel.de to me), it shows an infobar that links to https://support.google.com/chrome/?p=ib_webgl - however, no such site exists.

It looks like https://support.google.com/chrome/?p=ib_webgl was set to land on article id:2905826, but that article was deleted on Oct 16 2014.

Can we remove the infobar link?
