DevTools: add previews to objects node in property trees

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. trigger a javascript breakpoint
2. hover mouse over object to inspect
3. see only top level of tree and size

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Rather than having to click each item in the property tree to see the contents, why not show a simple preview of the child tree content same line.

> DATA: Array[2]
> FORMATTER: Object
> CONFIG: Object

becomes

> DATA: Array[2] ['one', '2', 'free']
> FORMATTER: Object {render: function(arg1, arg2) }
> CONFIG: Object {"debug": true }

currently it requires two extra clicks expose basic information

The network panel already does this in the preview panel for JSON responses

how come? anyone who can address this issue knows how to preview an object with breakpoint set and how to look at a json response preview in the network panel?

Hi zac, thanks for the request!  The progress on this request is actually: started.  The use case of seeing your data is pretty important, and adding object previews is my priority.
