Regression: Confirmation dialogue box does not close after reloading the killed page.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2938.0 (Official Build)3495268d34006ced6ab8d55d3d55edd0f3469613-refs/heads/master@{#435514}-32/64 bit
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and sign in with valid credentials and then sign out from chrome://settings.
2. Again sign in with different credentials (Confirmation dialogue box is seen)and press 'Ctrl+ U' keys
3. Now kill the view source page(chrome://kill) and switch back to chrome://setting tab
4. Reload the page and observe.

Actual: Confirmation dialogue box does not close after reloading the killed page.

Expected: Confirmation dialogue box should close after reloading the killed page.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M57' and below is the manual regression range:

Good Build: 56.0.2924.0
Bad Build: 57.0.2926.0

Note: This issue is not seen on Mac OS.

I'm pretty sure this is WAI and I don't see why the dialog should close if the page underneath it dies. If it *is* changed to close in that instance, sign in has to be cancelled otherwise the profile will be in an inconsistent/half signed in state.
